1 . Cancellation Before Work Commencement or Within 24 Hours
Customers may cancel their order within the first 24 hours of placing it or before we begin work. In such cases, a refund will be issued, excluding the following non-refundable fees:

Processing Fee: Covers administrative costs for order processing and project initiation.

Domain Purchase Fee: If a domain name has already been purchased for the customer, the associated cost is non-refundable.

Server Purchase Fee: If server space has been acquired for the project, this cost will not be refunded.

The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the above non-refundable fees.
2 . Cancellation After Work Commencement or After 24 Hours
If a customer cancels the order after work has commenced or after the initial 24-hour period, no refund will be provided, regardless of the work completed up to that point.
3. Cancellation After More Than 50% Work Completion
If the project has progressed beyond 50% completion, the full project cost will remain due and payable. No refund will be issued under these circumstances.
